Just passin’ thru asked: I get so tired of this crap. I placed a call to Sprint trying to cancel my long distance phone service. I stayed on the phone for 25 minutes simply trying to cancel my phone service. Then I get a bill - and it’s like I never made the freaking call. I had the same damn problem with Dish Network! They turned me over to collections, but I’d called 3 times asking for cancellation! How do I handle this? What do I do?
